About this product
The kit that covers a whole routine rather than one step: three soft-tip silicone tools in different shapes, a 1.7 fl oz cleansing spray, two microfibre cloths and a zip case with elastic loops so everything has a place. The tools are silicone over a flexible core, which means they bend under pressure rather than transmitting it.
The spray is a mild saline-and-glycerin solution, fragrance-free, applied to a cloth or to the outer ear rather than into the canal. Every part of this kit is for the outer ear. Non-electronic throughout, with nothing to charge.

An everyday outer-ear routine
A two-minute routine, and one rule that applies to every item in the case: the outer ear only.

Spray the cloth, not the ear
One or two pumps onto a microfibre cloth. Spraying directly at an ear puts liquid where you do not want it, and the cloth is what does the cleaning.

Wipe the outer folds
Work over the visible folds and behind the ear. This is where anything worth cleaning actually is.

Use a soft tip only where you can see
Pick the tool shape that suits the fold you are working on, in good light and with a mirror. If it is out of sight, it is out of scope.

Wash and air dry everything
Tools in warm soapy water, air dried fully before they go back in the loops. Wipe the case rather than soaking it.

- Do not use the spray inside an ear, and do not use it at all on an ear that is painful or draining.

- No. It goes onto a cloth, and the cloth cleans the outer ear. Nothing is introduced into the canal.

- Because they bend under pressure instead of transmitting it, which is the difference between a tool that cannot hurt you and one that can.
- Will this clear blocked ears?
